Do Art- Monthly Projects

I have collected online art classes for years. I've spent hours watching people create. I've recreated other artists' work but have yet to develop a style of my own. I want this year to be different. This year I want to to do month long art classes or projects. Actually take time to work through the classes that I've accumulated. Work on the class a little bit each day of the month until I've practiced the techniques and feel comfortable creating on my own. This year I want to DO art.

Here are my monthly art classes/ projects for 2020:

March- Animals- Inspired to sketch & paint

April- Playing with Fire- Paint & poetry

May- Be Still- Watercolor & collage

June- Draw & See

July- Storytellers & Mavericks

August- Mixed Media Directions; A Path to Artful Discovery

September- Wandering Muse

October- Jewelry making/ soldering

November- Gather: Art of Home, Feel Home, Creatively Made Home

December- Reflections: Art Journal

In addition to these classes, I will be practicing my photography, which is something I've always wanted to learn how to do. 

We'll see how this goes. It's just a plan...Here's to doing art in 2020!
